COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course teaches you the methodologies, in managing,
organizing and optimizing processes in an IT service organization
which has implemented, or started to implement, ITIL®-based Release
and Control processes.
DURATION : Instructor Led Bootcamp Saturdays from 9:00am to
5:00pm or Sundays from 12:30 to 7:30pm or 2 to 3 nights from 6pm
to 9pm
We also offer self study options with course notes and review questions.
