CompTIA A+ Certification
The A+
certification program is recommended for computer support professionals
and those new to computers and networks.

This is a certification program sponsored by the
Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) that certifies
the competency of service technicians and support professionals
in the computer industry.

CompTIA is an organization of manufacturers, distributors,
resellers, dealers, system integrators, value-added resellers,
and publishers in the microcomputing industry.

1. A+ CompTIA A+ Essentials (220-601)
This course teaches you to properly install,
configure, upgrade, troubleshoot and repair microcomputer hardware.
This includes basic knowledge of desktop and portable systems, basic
networking concepts, operating systems and printers. This course also
teaches you safety and common preventive maintenance procedures.

in this module:

2. A+ 220-602 (IT Technician), 220-603 (Remote
Support Technician), 220-604 (Depot Technician)
This course teaches you the knowledge of desktop
and portable systems, basic networking concepts, operating systems

maintenance procedures.
